It is discreetly full-bodied, slightly aromatic from a mineral-rich volcanic soil. With elegant round flavors and with the hint of faint citrus colors, this makes for a fine dry, bottled wine. Unfortunately it is not a retail product because there are only very small quantities produced of it.
